Do my call
credits expire with Savvytel?
Savvytel credits do not have expiry periods.
Savvytel refreshes/updates your credits every
30 days so that your call credits
NEVER
expire. So yes your call
credits expire when your account balance
reaches zero.
How do I
obtain my account balance?
You can check your balance at anytime by
calling 555 from your mobile handset. This
service is FREE.
What is the
maximum account balance I can have with
SavvyMax Prepay?
The current maximum account balance that you
can have at any point of time is $360.
When I
phone and check my account balance, I am
notified that my call credits will expire in 60
days (or less). I thought that as long as my
account is in credit my call credits will never
expire, is this true?
Yes, your call credits will never expire,
provided your account remains in credit. So, if
your account is in credit, ignore the call
credit expiry date. If your account balance
falls to zero you have 30 days to recharge.
If I do not
recharge my SavvyMax Prepay within a certain
time period will I be
disconnected?
Your call credits do not expire as long as you
have credit in your account. If your balance
falls to zero, a 30 day grace period applies -
during this period you can only receive calls
or recharge. If you have not recharged after
the 30 days your number is disconnected from
the network.
Note: You will still be able to make
outgoing emergency calls during all grace
periods.
Can I use
my SavvyMax SIM for incoming calls
only?
Yes, as long as you remain in credit. If you
wish to put an outgoing call bar on your phone,
please submit your request via email.
